Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Don’t love it? That’s okay! As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and tags are attached, exchanges and returns for store credit are FREE. Returns for a refund to your original payment have a small shipping fee of $6.99.

Return & Exchange Policy

-Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.

-To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unworn, and with tags and in the same condition that you received it.

- Sale items are only available for an exchange or store credit.

-Clearance items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. These items are marked FINAL SALE in red in the product description.

-Exchanges and returns for store credit are free

-Returns for a refund to your original form of payment have a return shipping fee of $6.99

-We do not refund original shipping charges

-Please allow 5-10 business days after your item arrives to our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. Return and exchanges are processed Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm. You will receive an email when your return or exchange is processed.

Your order number can be found on your packing slip or order confirmation email, make sure to include the "-FC" as part of your order number! In your return package, please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
